My Experience at
At Tiffany & Co., I had the opportunity to immerse myself in global internal communications, where I learned how strategy and storytelling can unite employees across a luxury brand. Given the confidential nature of my work, I cannot showcase the projects I produced, but they included initiatives like creating 80+ branded digital signage for Tiffany’s New York headquarters, co-authoring newsletters, and supporting a Global Town Hall that reached over 14,000 employees worldwide. My final project—proposing a Microsoft Teams pilot to streamline internal communications for headquarters employees—was particularly meaningful, as it has since been scaled into Tiffany’s global strategy.

Beyond the work itself, this internship was defined by the people I collaborated with. I was surrounded by an intern cohort who shared the same eye and passion for luxury, and through them, I truly saw myself in this industry for the first time. The experience challenged me to think critically about how creativity, precision, and strategy intersect, while also affirming my passion for building a career in luxury communications.
